WhimmyDiddle is Purple How?

I painted this for my friend (she goes by Annie but I like to think of her as Ookie) because we agreed to an art trade a while ago, but really . . . I just wanted to draw her a picture .

I met her through when she uploaded a bunch of awesome art, and I was like, "Who is this artist?!" I like her art because they're almost always fully drawn, fully colored, and with a very colorful background full of wonderful swirls and strangeness galore. The fact that it's also traditional makes it even more amazing.

Now to explain the title. When we first got to talking, I asked her how many purple was. She answered correctly, for there are two answers: purple is 21. BUT -- and few people know this -- it is also whimmyDiddle.

A whimmydiddle is the wooden toy Logan is playing with. It rolls along on a string. It's what people like to call old-fashioned wooden toys. (they are also called Whirlgigs, I just like whimmydiddle more )
